One credit is worth one US dollar. Credits pay for two things:
- Downloads. Select Buy for a document or report to add it to your cart, then check out with your credits. It is available straight away.
- AI Chat. Every answer uses tokens: the text the assistant reads and writes. Tokens are added up across your conversations, and one credit is taken for each million of them. The page My Account › Credits shows how far you are toward the next credit.
Your subscription comes with free credits each period. They are used first and do not carry over to the next period. Credits you buy never expire. Buy more from My Account › Credits; payment is handled by Stripe, so Sijil never sees your card details.
If your balance reaches zero, AI Chat pauses until you add credits.
Impact reports are paid by card rather than credits. To view previous purchases, go to My Account › Orders.
