You can also use Request impact report on a regulation page to request a written analysis for your business. Name each product you want assessed — the price is per product — and attach at least one file to each, such as spec sheets, labels, artwork or ingredient lists. PDF, Office files, images and design files (Illustrator, Photoshop, EPS, InDesign, SVG, TIFF or a ZIP) are accepted, up to 100 MB each. Then pay for the request; it reaches the team once payment is confirmed. If you leave checkout before paying, your request is saved with a Complete payment button.
The Sijil team replies by email. If they need more information, the request shows More Information Requested in My Account › Impact reports, where you can reply and attach files. When your reports are ready, you can download them there.
